I ordered this watch while deployed to Haiti(I'm in the Army). When I got back to the U.S. I couldn't wait to open the package and try out my new watch. I loved everything about it except the bezel ring was loose and rattled slightly, making a tapping sound. Even though the watch was only minutes out of the package, I was outside the 30 day Amazon return window, and had to send the watch to Casio for repair/replacement under the warrenty. Casio contacted me to inform me the watch could not be repaired and they would replace it with another watch of equal value. The reason they could not replace it with the same watch is that this watch is made exclusively for Amazon and Casio does not have any in stock and no way of getting any. Now I'm being forced to acept one of the older models that I have no desire to own.
