I bought a Luminox 8360 watch mainly for its stop watch features. Unfortunately, the stop watch did not work properly - it would not reset to 0 and required a manual recalibration every time. I sent the watch to the Luminox service center several times. Initially, they wouldn't even acknowledge there was anything wrong with the watch. When I finally got them to understand the problem (after I incurred the unnecessarily repetitive mailing costs - they claimed to have fixed it and sent it back. But it continued to not reset to 0.
