this watch may be big...but it's so in season! my wrist is pretty small (but not thin), but it still looks good on my arm! the gold tone is beautiful...and the watch hands are glow in the dark! (which is not very useful bc the numbers aren't).
also, this watch (according to the manual guide)does not run on battery power...it runs on the movement of your arm (therefore it is important to get this resized to your wrist size). So this watch will last for a LONG time.
it's a bit heavy, but i like the weight.
