I purchased this item for my wife for Christmas. First of all, she loves the watch and it is truly an excellent timepiece. It is very versatile. It can be worn as a daily watch and it also goes well with formal gowns. She is extremely happy with the purchase. The price I paid through Amazon.com was excellent.
I only have two concerns with my purchase. I purchased the watch in November. Later I realized that I purchased the watch 1 day prior to the official Amazon.com Christmas season. Items purchased during the Amazon.com Christmas season can be returned through some date in Jan. I called Amazon.com to see if they could allow me the opportunity to fall under that policy if for some reason she was unhappy with the purchase. Amazon.com informed me that would be impossible but I could return the item and repurchase the watch and then it would fall under the policy - I was amazed that they would not allow me to fall under the Christmas policy. Secondly, my wife's watch did not include the standard TAG warranty card nor the TAG authentication card- the warranty card is required if you send the watch to TAG for maintenance or repair. Eventually, when I send the watch to TAG for maintenance I'm pretty certain that i will have to pay the full price without the benefit of the warranty that I should have received. (and hopefully, the confirm my beleif that the watch is authentic.)
